“Our check in was handled efficiently but not the friendliest experience. Hotel is very dated. The beds were not comfortable. Our best experience was at The Hidden Gem for dinner. Staff were all very friendly and attentive. Food was good and served hot. Close to the airport but would choose another location next visit.”

“We had a great stay at Sutton Place! Super clean, large room and enjoyed the hot tub. The staff were excellent and it was nice to have Chop downstairs for happy hour. The street noise was a bit loud over the weekend but that was expected being in a busy location! Valet parking was out of our price range but the offsite parking wasn’t too far away. I would definitely stay here again!”

“No parking within 3 city blocks , I could not stay there as I could not get a parking spot and move it to the hotel. Main desk attendant had all the wrong information that she had interpreted from your booking, she booked 2 rooms with 2 beds each for 2 nights. She would not assist in any way in getting me alternative or a refund or alternative accommodation or even helping me , in fact I had to drive all the way back to the airport at 10:30 pm to find a room at $389 a night. “When traveling, our family always chooses Hilton Garden Inn. We had stayed at this specific one a few years back and at that time had no issue with booking again. When I arrived, I waited at an empty front desk for 10 minutes. A male employee that was walking by noticed me standing there and went looking for the front desk employees. When she came, she was not the most friendly that I’ve encountered. Normally, we have been greeted right away by a friendly employee who checked us in...
